Founder & Principal Mentor
Late CA Mahendra Badjatya
Late CA Mahendra Badjatya, CS, LLB (Hons) and B.Com, was a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He was the founder and Senior Partner at Mahendra Badjatya & Co, serving the firm for over 40 years in the fields of audit, income-tax, company law and a host of other regulations. He was also an approved valuer under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
