Mahendra Badjatya & Co (MKB & Co) was established in 1980. It is a firm of chartered accountants with its head office in Indore and a branch office in Mumbai.

The firm works with clients in India and abroad on audit and assurance, tax and legal matters, strategic advisory, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business incorporation and management. Its work is organised into six service lines and a Global & NRI desk.
